Use of the App
CrowdRadar provides crowd level predictions for entertainment venues and attractions. These predictions are estimates based on school holiday and public holiday data and are not guarantees of actual crowd levels. We are not responsible for inaccurate predictions.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that predictions will be accurate, that the app will be error-free, or that it will be available at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in CrowdRadar are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
